All appointments are conducted via HIPAA-compliant telehealth. This allows for convenient, private, and secure care from your home or another confidential location.
Do I need to be located in New York?
Yes. Patients must be physically located in New York State at the time of their appointment to receive services.
Is telehealth appropriate for emergencies?
No. Telehealth services are not appropriate for emergencies.

Billing & Insurance
Do you accept insurance?
We accept select insurance plans as well as self-pay patients. Insurance coverage varies by plan and individual benefits.
What if my insurance does not cover a service?
If a service is not covered by your insurance, it may be billed directly to you as a self-pay service.
Are prior authorizations required?
Prior authorization requirements are determined by insurance companies, not the practice. Patients are responsible for verifying coverage and authorization requirements.
Pricing & Payment (Self-Pay)
Transparent pricing is provided before scheduling. Self-pay fees may include:
Psychiatric Evaluation (60–75 minutes): $275 – $350
Medication Management (30 minutes): $150 – $200
Follow-Up Visits (15–20 minutes): $100 – $125
ADHD Evaluation (no testing): $350 – $450
Missed Appointment Fee: $75 – $100
Medical Notes / Letters: $50 – $150
Fees reflect provider time, expertise, and administrative costs.
Self-Pay Policy
Are self-pay services submitted to insurance?
No. Self-pay services are not submitted to insurance.
When is payment due?
Payment is required at the time of service.
Can I request a superbill?
Yes. Superbills may be provided upon request; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your insurance plan.
Missed Appointment Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a $75 fee
Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees.
Doctor Letters & Clinical Documentation
Are letters included in visits?
Letters and clinical documentation (such as school, work, or treatment verification letters) are billed separately and provided only when clinically appropriate, based on professional judgment and applicable guidelines.
Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Patients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges.
You may request an estimate:
Before scheduling
At any time prior to services
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
